Holistic health coaching is a comprehensive approach to supporting individuals that emphasizes the interconnectedness of all aspects of health and wellness. Holisitc coaches aim to create sustainable and long-lasting improvements in overall well-being by addressing all aspects of a person's well-being, including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. They help clients set and achieve personalized health goals, incorporating nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep habits, and other lifestyle factors into their coaching approach. 


Our first session will be a foundation session, which sets the groundwork for the coaching process. During this session we will dig deep to really understand your overall wellness vision for yourself and begin to prioritize and outline what areas of your life you want to focus on.  Our subsequent sessions will build on this to really get specific on your goals and the implementation of them. We will evaluate and celebrate what is going well and troubleshoot any obstacles so you can continue to grow and improve throughout the process. 


No! There is no "one size fits all" approach when it comes to health coaching. Through this process we will work together to personalize your goals based on your unique circumstances, preferences and challenges to find what works best for you and your body. You are the expert of yourself, I am just here to guide you through this process to empower you to thrive. 


For the coaching relationship to be the most successful clients should:

  • Come committed and ready to make positive changes to improve your health and well-being. 
  • Embrace this judgement free zone by being open and honest about your goals, challenges and progress. 
  • Actively participate in the process, really engaging in discussions, asking questions and providing feedback to make the coaching relationship more effective. 
  • Be open and willing to try new approaches, strategies and lifestyle changes to support your health goals. 
  • Take ownership of your health journey by following through on action steps and being accountable to your progress. 


I specialize in helping individuals achieve lasting lifesyle changes regardless of their background or circumstances. While my expertise may appeal to a specific niche, I am dedicated to supporting anyone who is committed to improving their health and wellbeing.
